I need help with a buyer feedback issue
I received a couple of negative feedbacks that have impacted by seller account. I understand the feedback system is a touchy subject but I believe this specific feedback should be stricken through because it does not follow amazon policy. I have tried to get help but I need a human touch here to see if I can get this fixed because it will have a real negative impact on my account health so please any mods out there please help!

You obviously have no idea about how Amazon works, or spent 1 hour learning polices. Your account is on the verge of permanent suspension, funds will be confiscated and your FBA inventory (if any) destroyed. Why?

You are doing retail arbitrage!
Retail arbitrage is not tolerated on Amazon, has not been for some time. It's all well until it's your turn and you get suspended.
See "Sourcing Guidelines" n and pay VERY close attention to the details, such as the words "Authorized distributor" and "brand authorization"
Also go find "Invoice requirements"
