You have been found to be related to an account beginning with SAHCom

My amazon seller central account got deactivated by the Amazon team saying that my account is linked with someother storefront.

I never heard or related to that storefront. Now, how I can prove that I am not associated with that? I recently bought a refurbished computer from BestBuy, I submitted the invoice to the team, I dissolved the contract with my third party service provider, paid him all the dues, and submitted all the documents, but still my account is not active.

What and how can I prove that I don't know and not associated with that account?

"To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you have never owned a separate account and believe this deactivation was in error by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to any authorized or unauthorized relationship through a third-party company or evidence of account compromise. If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated."

Hello @Seller_uDiXEpIxMn9GG,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Amazon seller account. Based on the information you've provided, it seems like Amazon has deactivated your account due to a link with another store, which you deny any association with.

If you're certain your account was deactivated in error with no relation to another account you can submit an appeal with any evidence demonstrating your account is not related to another account.

On your appeal, I can suggest you to include:

1. Personal verification like government-issued ID (driver's license, passport)

2. Business license or registration documents

3. Utility bills

4. Bank statements showing transactions and account activity solely for your business

5. Invoices, receipts, or accounting records

6. A signed written statement attesting that you have never accessed, controlled, or had any relationship with any other seller account

7. Letters from your accountant, lawyer, or other trusted advisors affirming your sole ownership and control of the account

8. Contracts, agreements, or other paperwork showing you have no legal or financial ties to any other seller

The key here is to provide strong evidence that demonstrates that your account is completely independent and not related to any other. Thorough documentation will be critical to proving your case. The team will review your appeal and notify you of the decision.

Note that this is only some ideas of what you could submit to strengthen your case but it DOES NOT guarantee an account reinstatement.
