click and drop data delited after 30 days
Does anyone here know if there is any work around to the 30 day data being deleted from click and drop ?
It is really annoying when a customer informs me something has not arrived ( usually international orders ) and i cannot search the shipment details on click and drop let alone the back up information to file a claim with Royal mail

I can see 13 month's worth on my C&D, both the business version and also the personal version.
Are you sure you can only see 30 days worth? How are you checking?
Edit - I suspect you mean the customer details rather than tracking info. I'm not sure you can overcome that, unless you keep sale/despatch records elsewhere. It's to do with GDPR restrictions.
On my C&D, I can see 7 week's worth of full data, so today 5th May, I can see back to the 18th March.

Sorry, the lovely Brexit meant that I stopped international orders. Maybe someone else can check?

I'm pretty sure by law they have to delete/hide order details. Our order management system (Linnworks) does the same, but you can request they unlock the details for 24hours, maybe there is a system within Amazon that does the same?
I almost suggested raising a case with SS but spat my tea all over the keyboard and laughed hysterically while typing it...Don't do that
