YUMOVE REFUNDS
No claification regarding why sellers are having Yumove orders automatically refunded to customers.
This is personally going to cost me between 30-40k, for a small business this is too much.
I won't be selling on Amazon any longer, having done over 1m in sales this year.
It really is not viable to sell on Amazon anymore with the constant hurdles, restrictions, refunds, and shocking customer service.
This company really has went downhill.

I'd suggest contacting Yumove/ Lintbells directly and showing proof of purchase especially if purchased through approved wholesale channels then you're more likely to receive compensation.

Amazon will refund customers as it is their priority . Then you can get reimbursed if you prove where the items were bought from . Unfortunately due to the Chinese seller , it affected hundreds of sellers .
It seems to be only 1 item but maybe they are refunding all items from Yu.
Only thing you can do is hope for the best when it comes to proving
