yesterday i recive more then 20 orders all are cod and same person so i cancel them because the person who ordered he never take parcels now i get the notification of account deactivation and risk issue what to do now?

Please use the Performance Notifications in your Seller Central account, and explain the situation to the Account Health team so they can review it.
