Listing blocked for policy violation - have been selling this for 4 years

There is no reason given and on the account health page it wants me to submit documentation to prove I have addressed the policy violation - but doesn't tell me what the violation is.
This is an old listing that has been selling for years and I have many other products that are almost identical that are still selling and not blocked. Not sure what happened. I have created a case but usually I will just receive a stock reply after a day or so and then have to go back again and ask for a proper reply.
Any advice or help would be appreciated.
