Irish Order but I don't ship there

I don’t ship outside the UK but yet Amazon accepted an order from Ireland. I had no choice but to cancel it, if only for the reason of insufficient postage received.

I checked the international shipping options and it showed for UK only.

Is it because I live in Northern Ireland that Amazon assume that Ireland and Northern Ireland are part of the UK?

I have the same problem. Amazon keep accepting ex-UK orders when I mark my products not for export. This is because of the silly cheap postage charges Amazon use. But I can't seem to stop the orders. Even though I click only for sale in the UK. Very frustrating.
