For the forth time, the assigned shipping personnel have failed to show up for the scheduled pickup of our orders. This has led to the subsequent cancellation of these orders, negatively impacting our business in the following ways:
a]Damage to our goodwill and customer trust: Cancelled orders reflect poorly on our commitment to timely delivery.
b]Adverse effects on our Amazon account health: The repeated cancellations have led to penalties that harm our seller metrics.
c]Unnecessary financial burden: We incur cancellation charges that could have been avoided with timely pickups.
This issue is now critical, and we request an immediate investigation into why the pickup service has failed repeatedly. We rely on your services to maintain operational efficiency, and this ongoing problem is causing significant disruption.
Please address this matter urgently and confirm the necessary actions taken to prevent such occurrences in the future. Your prompt resolution will be highly appreciated.
