how to get an update on violation cases on amazon
Hi there, Can anyone help, as i want to get an update on a violation case which i submitted over a week or two ago.
I got the complaint ID however when contacting the seller support they stated "They don't have access to that case".
Has anyone been through something similar? Thanks
