Error setting up North America Seller Account

I am trying to set up an Amazon North America account which is linked to my existing UK European selling account.

I reached step 3 in the sign-up process which is setting up the bank deposit method. I entered the same account details as I have in the UK which is a Starling Account. I reach a page :

"You will now be redirected to TrueLayer, Amazon’s service provider to connect to your bank and securely verify your identity.

You will be able to securely login to your bank using an encrypted end-to-end connection. Amazon does not receive your bank login information.

Click 'I Understand' to proceed."

When I click 'I understand' I reach an error page every time I try.

I have asked Seller Support for help but it has all been completely useless advice.

I'm now stuck because I can't even change the bank acc details I entered and try again. I'm in limbo between having a new NA acc and not so I've got nowhere to turn. Please Help!!!!
