Is anyone else sick and tired of Amazon FBA?!?!

Our company was doing a easy 5 figures each month in our first 3 months of selling and was losing money because of amazon. We completely stoped selling on amazon even through we were projected to do 6 figures a month because of the issues. Why does amazon not care about its sellers?

Heres a list of amazon issues I have run into.

- Thousands of dollars of Lost inventory

- random charges to my bank account

- Lying about FBA fees, When we posted our product amazon was only going to charge us 14-17$ for FBA fee. After selling a few units that jumped to 47$ a unit. I asked why and they said that shouldn't happen and we will figure it out and nothing every changed per usual.

- Seller support not being any help

- 40% of the time amazon sent the wrong SKU to the customer and blamed us. We lost all of that inventory because of all the returns and it being mailed everywhere we wouldn't see that product back to a warehouse for months and when it showed up it would be trashed and ruined.

- Seller support lying about issues so they dont have to give us product reimbursements

I would love to know if anyone else has had similar issues. Thanks!

You may want to consider doing FBM until you can get a handle on the expectations of FBA.

For the $47 fee, what exactly is the breakdown? (post a screenshot).

How are you labeling and packaging your product? In my years of selling and reading the forums, I've found that many of the misships are actually the fault of the seller not understanding Amazon's requirements/system/workflow.

If you're willing to listen, several of us on the forums are willing to offer suggestions based on our years of experience at Amazon and FBA.
