How to raise a case for refund fees?
Hello all,
Last week i converted my Pro account in to the Individual as i haven’t started selling anything yet since created the seller account.
I have paid account fees for last 3-4 month which i would like to get refund if possible.
Can you please suggest how to contact them? How to raise a case? I tried to look in the help section but couldn’t find anything.

Hello,
Thank you for your post.
In your seller account you need to click on help at the end of any page. On the page that opens and at the end of the page there is the option “Need more help?”. You will need to click on this and follow the steps to create a case.
I cannot guarantee that you will be refunded as these decisions are made on a case by case basis.

Thank you for your reply.
At the end of that page there will be a link Or, browse for your issue in the menu . You will need to click on this and then select ‘Your account’ and ‘Other account issues’ from the screen that is displayed. This will allow you to create a case.
