Hello Guys how are you
i created a account on pertner trades name one year ago and i did not open from one year when i open in july then my account is linked with other account which was unknown to me so i created a new account and whoes name is Asim Ahmad LLC then i have start listing on new account then i recived a mail from amazon that your account is linked with other account whoes name is Partner trades which was mine so i watched a vedioes that how can i close permanently my deactivated account then i saw a vedio which in vedio that go to the amazon closure account and then close your account permanently so my old account is permanently closed now how can i reactivate my new account please guide me please

Amazon takes account violations very seriously, as they aim to maintain the integrity of their marketplace.
In some cases, sellers can have multiple accounts and access other accounts, but if any one of these accounts is deactivated, all associated accounts, or accounts that the seller has accessed, can also be deactivated, and that's what happened in your case.
Requesting closure of an account that was in violation makes the reactivation process very difficult, as the account is no longer active in the Amazon's system. In the future, it's best to avoid requesting closure of an account that has been flagged for violations, as this can complicate the path to reinstatement later on, sometimes even making it impossible.
The path for reactivation you have now is to submit an appeal and provide the necessary documentation and explanation using the account that you can still use to login. You should make sure to clearly mention in the appeal that it is on behalf of the old, deactivated account that you can no longer access directly.
