Account has been deactivated- Trouble verifying utility Bill
I am a new seller and I have successfully started an Amazon account in the USA, but when I tried to repeat the process in the UK, my sites have now all been deactivated due to trouble verifying a utility bill.
I have provided the UK store a utility bill with my company's name on it, and with an exact match of the name and address information, the image is a direct download from my electricity provider (not a screenshot) and it is in the correct file format (png). I do not know why this utility bill is getting rejected, my electricity provider is a major company in my country and all the information seems to be correct on my side.
Is there anyone from Amazon that can help? If any other sellers have gone through similar issues, please let me know.

Amazon want a utility bill for your residential address not the business address. If you work from home the bill needs to be in your personal name not the business.
