Shipping Settings Automation feedback removal
Had an email today reminding me that if Orders are sent with SSA that negative feedback related to shipping will be removed. Of course as always this never happens. Open a feedback removal case to be told that although shipped on time item delivered late so not eligible for removal going against Amazon's own policy. Please mods look into this for me @Ezra_Amazon@Julia_Amazon@Sarah_Amzn@Winston_Amazon
