My first start on amazon
Hi everyone!
I’m launching my first product on Amazon and would love some advice.
I’ve already sent my inventory to Amazon and enrolled in Vine to get early reviews. However, my A+ Content and professional photos will only be ready about 1.5 months after my products go live.
How does the honeymoon period work in this case?
Will the delay in content affect my future sales and growth?
What can I do now to improve sales while I’m still preparing my A+ content and photos?
Thanks in advance for any tips!

If your product doesn't have images, chances are it won't be searchable and probably suppressed.

do you mean just your a+ content photos won't be ready for 1.5 months?
Do you have product images up? If there is no product images your listing won't be live and no one will see them.
May I ask why would it take 1.5 months to upload product images? I suggest at least have some kind of product images ( very basic ) and then 1.5 month later re upload to professional images that way at least your listing will be live and FBA inventory won't be just sitting there.

Hello @Seller_DlWimWTLYEb5E,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and congratulations on launching your first product. My initial questions and concerns are the same as @Seller_z3XfkorVSmnEY and @Seller_nClb6y5ijOsq2 , so those aside, A+ is definitely a lever for increasing discoverability, listing optimization and a first step on introducing customers to your brand.
This doesn't delay potential growth, but does mean you will need to look at other avenues to improve customer consideration. Have a look at the The 2024 Ultimate Brand Guide. It's BIG, 60 pages, but don't get overwhelmed. It is broken out into 5 sections that will list all the levers at your disposal and thoughts on building a strategy. You do not need to do all the things at once, and please come back and let me know if you have any specific questions or are seeking additional guidance.
Best, Dougal
