Listing avtive but not avaialble on marketplace

Almost 2 months gone my account is still showing limited access . I have been allowed to list and send inventory to Amazon warehouse but when products reach and showing active status in inventory now listing is not available to buy for buyers even inventory is active.

I contacted support they said your account is in verification .

My concern is if right now my inventory is not available to buy so why I have not been stopped while I am listing and sending shipment to warehouse .

second and most important concern is how long it will take more time to get full access? already 2 months gone and I did not receive any email from team.
