Urgent Help Needed for Account Reactivation
Hi everyone,
My account has been deactivated for the past three months due to the Inform Consumer Act. I'm trying to upload my identity document, but the performance notification link isn’t working; when I’m clicking on it to upload my identification information it redirects me to the help page.
My phone, bank, and address are verified, I have contacted the Account Health Support team multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved.
The identity verification team says, “To submit the required documents or information? Check for any pending actions in the "Performance Notifications" section of your Seller Central account, but the performance notifications link not working as I said above.
one of the case IDs: 15514549351
There's incorrect information in my legal entity. It shows my brand name instead of my personal name, and my address is incorrect. I am also unable to update my legal information.
Has anyone else faced this issue or can offer any advice on how to resolve it?

I have reached back out regarding your situation. The related team advised that they had followed up in case ID: 15417514481. They have also advised that the account is no longer eligible for reactivation. These decisions are final and cannot be disputed, thus the account will remain deactivated at this time.
