Extend Auto Removal Date
We were selling multiple digital thermometers on Amazon but got a notification from Amazon to submit compliance with their updated requirements.
It took us more than 2 months to get the certifications and test results for the batteries and thermometers.
We have submitted an appeal with all the documents and images required to reinstate the listings.
The issue is the auto-removal date of these items is 08/18/2024, and I am not sure if the appeal will be reviewed by the given time.
Is there any option to extend the due dates of these items, I have raised multiple cases but didn't get a positive response

I just wanted to check in with you to see if you still required assistance with seeing if you could extend your auto-removal date and/or see if there were any updates on your compliance documentation.
