"""Your Amazon selling account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. We are withholding any funds available in your account. If you have FBA inventory of the items causing "inauthentic" complaints, they are currently ineligible for removal."""
Dear Amazon Team,
I have been a dedicated Amazon seller for a considerable period, with over 1,800 successful transactions. I have even sold products under my own brand. I am fully aware of Amazon's policies and have consistently complied with them. At no point have I engaged in the sale of counterfeit products.
The product in question, from the brand "47," was purchased in a quantity of only four units on December 16, 2023, from a reputable wholesaler, 888lots.com. I have already submitted the corresponding invoice to you. I firmly believe that the allegation of the product being counterfeit is a result of an error or misunderstanding.
I respectfully request a detailed review of this matter and the reinstatement of my account at your earliest convenience. It is deeply concerning that my entire account has been suspended based on just four items sold in January 2023. This situation has placed me under significant financial strain.
I kindly urge you to resolve this issue as swiftly as possible. Please be assured that I will continue to place the utmost importance on adhering to all Amazon policies moving forward.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,

888lots is a wholesale liquidator and as such I doubt they are affiliated with brands are authorized distributors of the brands they sell…they just flip pallets of returned products (some from Amazon, Wal-Mart, Kohl’s…) and excess store inventories. Which means Amazon will not consider them « reputable ». Your best bet is to get an LOA from the brand in question if you hope to have the suspension lifted.

They are not authorized resale distribution. You essential have bought retail to resell which is a violation of section 3. The advise from @Seller_zeFcCxS46gcIyis your only recourse at this point.

Hello @Bilikolik
Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues that you have been seeing with your account. I understand our team has concerns regarding the authenticity of your items. Per our anti-counterfeit policy, authenticity can refer to the origin of the product as well as the authorization for the intellectual property associated.
If you are sourcing a product from a retailer and reselling it on the platform without authorization from the brand owner, our team would consider this to be counterfeit. You mention having provided the invoices, but do you have authorization from the specific brand you are listing?
Our team will be looking to verify each aspect of the supply chain and will be obligated to reject the submission if they cannot verify the details. We cannot guarantee a resolution for this if they are unable to validate your information.
We do encourage you to continue to provide any information or details that you have regarding this situation so we may further understand what information you have available.
Best,
Atlas
