How to challenge fake product claim?

A customer has complained about authenticity of a product delivered. One look at the product is more than enough for a sensible person to understand that it is authentic. Apart from submitting invoices etc to Amazon, what else can be done to Customers who are submitting such absurd claims without any logic?

I would suggest that you consider contacting the customer directly, in a polite and professional manner, to try to resolve the issue. Sometimes customers make these claims mistakenly and can be persuaded with the right information.

Or it might be a competitor and wants to take you down by claiming that your products are fake.

The key is to stay composed, document everything thoroughly, and use the right channels within Amazon's processes to challenge these types of unfair claims. It may take persistence, but protecting your product authenticity is important.
