My Amazon UK seller account was deactivated on November 10, 2023, due to selling a restricted product on Amazon Italy. However, on November 16, 2023, I received an official email from Amazon Italy stating that I am allowed to sell this product. Despite this, my Amazon UK account has not been reinstated, and my appeals have been rejected.
Additionally, I have contacted Amazon support via live chat regarding the release of my funds, but I was informed that my funds would not be returned.
I believe this situation is unfair, and I would like to have an official discussion with Amazon’s legal department. I have the official email from Amazon Italy confirming that the product is allowed for sale, along with other supporting documents. I would like to submit these documents to Amazon’s legal team and explain my case in detail.
