Trying to create a new listing but Amazon says the product is unsafe
Hi,
I created a listing for a new product. A couple days later I received a message saying listing at risk of removal due to the following reason:
"This product has been identified as an unsafe product. As part of our ongoing efforts to preserve the customer experience, we have implemented listing restrictions on certain products. As a result, these products are prohibited for sale or listing on Amazon. If you still believe the product should be considered for reinstatement, please provide evidence, including; product images, declarations of conformity and test reports. We leveraged a combination of automated means to identify this issue and to make this decision."
I currently sell a very similar product already (same type and category) but I have had no issues with that product. Also, I do not beleive the product actually is unsafe. I am thinking it might be because the initial images I uploaded to the listing did not have my brand name engraved on the product (these will be updated once my image design process is complete).
Has anything like this happened to any of you before and do you have any advice?

yes we’ve had it with products Amazon thinks are knives. Even if the image contains something knife shaped.
I would doubt it’s the lack of your brand name in the image, but explains what the product is might help.
