Missing items from my inbound shipment fba
Hello,
I have been a long term seller on Amazon FBA since more than 10+ years.
Some of my units have been missing upon Amazon loading the shipment (inbound). I have opened an investigation/case with Amazon seller support since April 3rd but still haven’t had anything back yet. This is really stressing me out as I need a response to where my inventory has gone missing by FBA.
Could anyone please help and advise how long does a case like this take to resolve?
