i see that if i charge the overstocking fees amazon may agree with the buyer what do i do
i have a picture with the serial i sent with the shipment label and i have the returned box with other serial and older same model that he bought 1 year ago
if i give him 1% back he will open an a to z claim and i see from other posts that amazon will probably refund him fully
so what do i do????
is there any message i can write him what can i do now this item sold for 200$
2 i just restarted selling on amazon and is there any way not to auto authorize returns? for this $200 item?
