Help with the new "improved?" Updated Safe-T Claims Page
I am trying to submit a claim for outbound shipping and normally I select “Other” from the dropdown and put the claim reason in the text box but now there is no “Other” option. Has anyone figured out the formula on this new page for submission regarding Outbound shipping Safe-t reimbursement for customers who use a buyer-fault return reason?

Edited, I think I found the answer... select "The buyer was refunded out of policy" and the additional reasons are in the sub category
