Can i make another amazon account under a different LLC for a new product i want to make with a family memebr without getting my current account banned?
I currently have a private label product under an LLC where i am the sole owner/manager. Me and a family want to start our own brand together and i want to create a new LLC where me and him are w]both equal owners . I am just scared if amazon will not allow me to have 2 amazon accounts and ban both if i create a new account specifically for the new LLC and brand. I know i can create another brand store under the current account i have but for extra asset protection id prefer to start a new LLC and a different account for that brand. Will amazon allow me to do this or no?

You may have more than one selling account.
Everything other than physical address must be different. You must not sell the same sort of items -- should not even be in the same category.
If one account gets in trouble, both are in trouble.
Absolutely do not attempt to open a second account unless the present account is in good health.

Hi there, in addition to what fellow community member @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6blprovides above, I'd also recommend reaching out directly to Seller Support and being as explicitly detailed as possible in what you are hoping to accomplish, the category you are currently in and what you will be in with the new business to get the best guidance here.
As mentioned above, the new business should not be same/similar items nor in the same category. This video on Seller University shows you the legitimate reasons for having multiple selling accounts according to the Selling Policy and Seller code of Conduct.
