Buyer Request Cancellation on order then after canceling the order they left 1 star on feedback.

The customer requested to cancel the order so we did cancel the order. After canceling the order, few days later they left a 1 star review with " cancelled after purchasing" I tried to request feedback removal but Amazon said the feedback did not violate any policy so they did not remove it. I also tried to report the buyer but when I enter the order ID number it says Order ID number not found so i can't even report the buyer. Talked to seller support and they urged me to contact customer to ask to remove the feedback but I can't even contact customer after canceling the order. Did anyone have had this issue before?

Yes, this is very common. It happens to all of us that sell a fair about on Amazon. Amazon doesn't seem to feel it is worth their effort to fix it.
