Need Resolution on Incomplete Removal Order – Case #16503907271
This is regarding a removal order where only 4 out of the 36 items were shipped. I have an open case with Seller Central (Case #16503907271) and have repeatedly provided the same information, but new reps keep asking for it again. On the same ticket, I was informed that my shipments were sent to a different fulfillment center. When I requested clarification on this, I was asked for more information yet again. I'm exhausted by the back-and-forth – can someone please review the details of Case #16503907271 and provide a clear resolution? I just want the missing 32 items back/someone to tell where it is. I am fr exhausted.

It seems you got a response on Case 16503907271. The items are expected to arrive on 12/1. I know it's a long time but typically removal orders can take up to 90 days to be delivered.
Feel free to reply to this comment if after that date the units have not arrived.
