Action Required - Account Set to Inactive due to Dormancy

On a Thursday, I received an email that my account was Action Required - Account Set to Inactive due to Dormancy so I went through the motions and provided the information, made a few changes and just 3 days later I received ANOTHER email stating "Action Required - Account Set to Inactive due to Dormancy", however, at this moment I logged in and the account is still active and I can see my items available in the Store.

THREE questions:

1) Was that email sent to me a mistake (directed to Amazon)?

2) Does anyone know how long it takes for an account to "Go Dormant"?

3) Does logging into my account reset the Dormancy timer or do I need to actually change something in my store to reset the timer?

Thank you,

Stephanie

Update: After posting my account was indeed set to inactive. After being hung up on twice, I finally had someone look into it. They could not find out any reason why my account was flagged for dormancy even though I was making inventory changes just a day before. When support can't find an answer or provide answers, who can we inquire to with this information? Is there a second level, third level? I still can't find specific information for being flagged for dormancy. It appears completely random. After 24 hours, and going through the "verification" motions, again, my account is back up again, but for how long?
