Hello

I have opened Amazon account by my LTD company and my account has been Disabled now

and i got this email :

How do I reactivate my account?

To reactivate your account, please confirm that there is a valid credit card on file and submit one of the following documents:

-- A business license if applicable

-- A utility bill dated for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service

The document must meet the following requirements:

-- It must contain the following information: your name and address, the service provider's name, and additional information such as date of issue and due date, service provider's address, service provider's logo, and usage details if applicable.

-- Your name and address must be visible and match the name and address that you entered in Seller Central.

My question is they need a bill showing the name and the address of me or my company?

Its your personal address they want the bill for. Its for KYC verification (ie anti money laundering)

We were deactivated on the UAE marketplace and received the same email you have.

We provided the following documents.

- Incorporation Certificate from Companies House

- Utility Bill for Gas & Electric (in Directors name and address not business)

- Company Bank Statement showing Company Name and Business Registered address. (we have a virtual office for business registration address which is registered on Am)

- Director Passport

Our account was verified using these documents

This issue same i got it. This is main question, company address and primary address is different. So amazon need documents for primary credit card's adress or comapnny's adress? this bill must be my primary or company's bill?

And one more quest, valid credit card on file and submit one of the following documents here valid credit card is mean on system saved or another card's document we can send ?
