LEGAL SUPPORT NEEDED AGAINST AMAZON is charging me for something even they don't know
Its a known fact that Amazon is not a fair marketplace for sellers, but its not only that, amazon doesn’t know what its doing and conflicting with seller policies.
I look back at my seller balance, it shoes something -317 $ account had been suspended for more than a year yet amazon filed monthly seller fees and refusing to pay me back by talking about a 90 days policy bla bla…
I found out that i had been charged -211 usd on 2022 october, labeled as “other” and no description. I ask amazon about what it is and they are telling me they are unable to find what it is, like a joke. I am %100 sure that that charge is unfair and had nothing to do with my selling activity because my account was deactivated/suspended at the time.
Amazon is refusing to clear that balance, amazon is refusing to tell me what it is, why am i being charged, and amazon is threatening me with account ban forever if i file a chargeback to my bank account. What a language, when we do that to a buyer we get penalty but amazon can easily do that.
To sum up, amazon wants me to pay for something -211 usd, that even it can not explain me what it is.
I refuse to pay this mistake they made, i dont know what to do, any freelancer lawyers interested i want to sue amazon for that amount and threatening me for account ban if i file chargeback.

You had to change your store status to "Individual" from "Professional" to stop monthly fees -- being suspended does not make it stop. Same thing if you have inventory in an FBA warehouse -- the fees continue.
As for the 90 day policy -- that is the limit for front line seller support -- it has to get bumped up to a higher pay level with more authority to go further back than that. You might try jeff@amazon.com to make an appeal to the exec level.
If your account is suspended why are you worried about being banned from amazon? If you want to take them to court you could do-it-yourself with a small claims court. On the other hand, If (for example) you were located in Ontario, Canada the cost for a lawyer starts at $105/hour (for a law clerk/paralegal), so even if you win, you lose.
