Please respond to my Appeal / Amazon Merchant Review Team
My Amazon US has been deactivated and I have no longer access to the US Merchant account. I've contacted several customer service and thy say that in order reactivate my US Merchant account I needed to submit and appeal to the Merchant review team under the email selling-partner-action-review@amazon.com I submitted an appeal and they sent me a copy of the required documents and details that I need that I need to submit in order to activate my US Merchant account.
I FOLLOWED AND SUBMITTED ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS BUT SINCE NOV. 23, 2024 I RECEIVE NO RESPONSE FROM THE MERCHANT REVIEW TEAM.
I continuously sending appeals up to this day Dec 12, 2024 and I don't receive any response from them yet and I hope I should.
Does Amazon Merchant Review Team IGNORES all the appeals after we submitted all their requirements?
I also contacted customer service via phone call and escalated this matter and nothing happens, I submitted and email as well on the customer service which they are not willing to help me because I am using Australian account,
OFCOURSE! I will be using Australian account as my US merchant account was deactivated and I don't have any access to that is why I am using Australian account in order to reach out with the customer service!
I hope Amazon will not ignore this message as this action of your customer service and merchant review team is TRULY ALARMING!
