Automated Rejection Brand Approval

Hello seller community,

I have a question about performance notification. We have received a CSM brand review for one of the brands we are selling, and all the listings belonging to that brand have been made inactive until we get approval.

We are primarily selling our products in the beauty category.

We have already applied three times for it with all the requested documents but getting automated rejection With the reason mentioned, "As part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best possible customer experience, approval is required to continue selling these products. You can find a list of the affected listings at the bottom of this message" in all three of our appeal.

We are requesting assistance if anyone can help or guide us on how can we solve this notification more effectively.
