Request to Reinstate 'Report a Violation' Privileges

We've been dealing with this issue for almost two months now, without any success. We have submitted multiple appeals with the correct POA, which we believe may have led to our Amazon Brand Registry privileges being revoked. Here is a brief summary:

We are appealing the deactivation of our "Report a Violation" privileges on Amazon UK. We have conducted a thorough internal review, identified the issues, and established a corrective action plan to ensure full compliance with Amazon’s Intellectual Property policies.

I had this happen before once and you need to really emphasise your preventative measures

acknowledge 1st what went wrong ie we failed to .... paragraph 1
acknowledge 2nd why it went wrong ie we failed to ... paragraph 2
acknowledge 3rd what you will do or have done to correct further incidences of 1st and 2nd--- paragraph 3
make it clear and concise with bullet points and no unnecessary waffle. This process worked for me for an issue in my early Amazon days :)

I got mine revoked then successfully appealed came back. Didn’t use it or do anything then they went again. Brand Registry is plague with errors more like a prototype than a working function.
If someone sells counterfeits but is a top seller they will let them sell and say you are wrong even with a test order and various other proof

IMO, you are too vague. elaborate more in the procedures and education, for example. Will you be doing this every week, upon employment etc.
How have you updated procedures? Be more specific.
