How To Change Product Browser Node?

Hi,

So I'm having trouble with the category that Amazon has assigned for my product. My product is an automotive product, however, Amazon has assigned the product under the "appliances category". I double checked to make sure the browser node is correct on the product listing, and made some adjustments to the product keywords, but the issue is still not resolved. Right above the main image, the category is correct, however, the issue i'm having is the category that is being displayed next to the search bar, meaning my product is under 2 different categories. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi @Seller_R9FIlK7B391iN,

Thanks for reaching out. If you are seeing the correct category and then you are seeing a second category, that is just due to sellers are in the other category, then finding you through organic search for your product. If you want to ensure it's listed correctly, please create a case to Seller Support with your ASIN and the category that you want it to be listed in. If you still need help after they have investigated and resolved your case, please provide the case ID and I will be happy to take a look.

Regards,

Michelle
