Still don’t have a refund - weeks later" . Ihave reported to amz few times but nothing changed. Any ways to remove this review?

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and generally speaking, reviews are only removed if they do not conform to the customer review policies or our customer review creation guidelines.
You mentioned you have already reported it and I would be happy to take a look to see if there is any additional support I can offer. Is the review linked to an order, if so, please provide the order ID and I will review. If not, please provide any case ID that lists the ASIN the review is on and I should be able to find it that way and review.
