Probably not. How old is the original account application? It is highly unusual that your original documentation could not be uploaded.

What does mean "rectify"? No, you cannot change the "Legal Entity" of a seller account.
If YOU created this account and you still own the email and the mobile number used for the login at the time of creation there could be a possibility to reactivate.
