Bullets & Product Descriptions

Hi all,

Has anyone noticed product descriptions not showing up on their listings ? I’m also not seeing them when dip checking many other sellers products across Amazon (including sold by and dispatched by Amazon).

Also, bullet points appear to be 1) Removed completely 2) Partly removed 3) Untouched

I’m the only seller offering my products and I’m brand registered.

Has anyone noticed product descriptions not showing up on their listings ? I’m also not seeing them when dip checking many other sellers products across Amazon (including sold by and dispatched by Amazon).

Also, bullet points appear to be 1) Removed completely 2) Partly removed 3) Untouched

I’m the only seller offering my products and I’m brand registered.

Yes product descriptions are missing from a load of my listings, I can't figure out why, I have re-written them, edited. read the selling guide. My GS1 subscription lapsed and thought it may be that as the listings missing product detail seem to have reverted back to UPC, the ones with GS1 barcodes have product details...... I have tried to get a ring back it says the internal system is down, there is no way of ringing amazon, it's so frustrating, I honestly feel stuck ad don't know what to do.
