Appeal for identity verification
I was recently given an email from the amazon to appeal for identity verification but its been 3 days and i have not received any response from amazon. I have everything ready, i am just waiting for the response or email from the amazon. Every time, i try to identify my self, it takes me back to the page to request of an identity verification appeal. I would like to know how much more time will it take?

My name is CR and wanted to hop in here to see if you still needed some support here. In taking a quick look at your account, it appears that your account has been deactivated because we still need to verify your information for the INFORM Consumers Act. Have you tried to follow the yellow box on your "Account Health" page that reads, 'Reactivate Now' and looks like the below?
It appears tax and identity verification are the two remaining ones that need to be completed for the INFORM Consumers Act. It looks like you also have an unread performance notification that was sent to you on 4/21/25 related to your identity verification. Please do visit and review this notification as well with further instructions on how to provide your identity information..
