We are the sole distributor of white label products, which we pack in our branded boxes. The photos on Amazon are terrible, and when we reached out to Amazon, they said the photos are linked to our manufacturer. We need a letter from the manufacturer stating we are in charge of marketing and have authority to update this link so we can update the images. Despite requesting this letter, nothing has been done. We are instructed to keep our marketing correct, but we have no way to do this, and Amazon isn't helping us move this forward. Please assist in resolving this issue.
