Whats going on with Amazon seller OTP?

Every other day for the past week, when logging into Amazon Seller after trying in email and password, the next page is ‘Please wait another minute before re-requesting an OTP’

The issue resolves within hours or by the following day but it has meant I can’t access Seller Central for that time

Just me or is this a common issue? Any work arounds? Have tried multiple devices, clearing cache / cookies, logging in via Incognito and diffetent VPN location, still no luck
