Buy box issue
Our account is brand new and green and healthy with a performance score of 200 and we have not received any complaints from any of our customers.
We use FBA logistics and set reasonable prices, unfortunately we still don't get buy box.
We believe that Amazon are now in breach of the UKMCA's Fair Competition, which is unfair to us 3rd party sellers, and the lost buy box issue has been going on for 3 months.
Still no effective solution, if I am not given a reasonable explanation and my cart eligibility is not reinstated, I will be complaining to the UKMCA, also, please stop sending those machine like replies and no need to tell us how the cart works, we have read those articles long time ago and I think our account is fully compliant with all the requirements.
