Our product is a multivitamin supplement. Amazon has suddenly removed it, put it under restricted products, and now asking to update the "Medicine_Classification" attribute, but unfortunately, we cannot find it anywhere. We have also requested clarification but keep receiving a copy-paste template response. We'd be grateful If anyone could help us.

Their exact response:

"We received your appeal, but we are unable to reactivate your ASINs at this time.

Recommended changes to be done: Kindly update the DP with Medicine_Classification attribute.

As per FSSAI notification dated 29th June 2018 (F.No.Stds/Nutra(DCGI)/FSSAI/2017(Pt1)) and direction from FSSAI, manufacturing and sale of Notified ingredients is not allowed. This product has been identified as a product that contains Notified FSSAI Ingredients. Amazon platform policy prohibits listing and sale of products containing such ingredients on amazon.in marketplace."
