Listings not showing
Hi Im new to amazon and listing in handmade. I read a help article last night on amazon and thought id found the problem for why my listings are not showing but they are still not visible this morning. I have made sure the listings are not private or adult and the only other problem I can see it might be is the blade field. I have tried to leave it blank but it keeps going to the uk_18_knife so have set it to the text blank which us the only other option I have . Id be very grateful for any advice thank you

Two things - first of all is your account fully verified
new sellers are facing a wait of 3-4 months until fully verified - you can check by going to settings - account info - what does it say next to account status ?
secondly - you reference - age 18 - knives - what items are you listing ?

Hi thank you for taking the time to help. My account status says Valid is this different to verified? Im trying to list greeting cards so definitely no blades lol!

Hi Ive been self employed for 6 years so should be ok … Just had a look at its says for … sell on amazon professional, and under handmade …registered ??

Your Concerns About Listings Not Showing In The Search Results:-
We have the same issue from time to time our own brand products do not appear. We have changed the search terms severals times now and no joy. In the search box we type who registered brand name and alternative brand name appears in the search results. Some years back we use the same the same issue with browse nodes, they disappeared. Also the the new quality listings tab shows a summary of products which they say need to be updated but now ASINs appear. This has been an ongoing issue since November and none one has resolved the issue despite numerous messages to seller support.
