Account deactivated

my Amazon uk account was created 10 year’s ago. I have sold something on amazon almost 5 years ago since then i didn’t use my account. My account was deactivated 2 years ago and i forget the reason why they did it. Now i want to activate my account but doesn’t have any clue. I already replied twice to them and they told me it was not enough. As i forget the reason why they deactivated my account, is there any way to get help from somone here. I think due to deactivation i can’t close my account now so i need to reactivate it. Please help me to sort out this.

I have checked & nothing was there. As i told its pretty old case. But from my last appeal i can i said them i told them my old bank was closed & this is the reason my payment was not cleared.

@McCoy_Amazon earlier today i have received this message. But i have updated my deposit & charge method. I used wise before but now i am using Halifax.
