Dietary Supplement Products Inactive & Not Accepting Applications to Sell for Supplements

I've been selling Asin B07G6624KR with no problem but around a 2 days ago the product status became inactive with the following notice:

"Offer was removed.

Request selling approval for policy compliance.

Reason: Product requires approval to sell."

When I tried clicking "Request approval", the following message appeared:

“We are not accepting applications to sell:

Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

Other Dietary supplements in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

There was no option to submit an application.

I noticed that you’ve helped other sellers resolve similar issues. Could you kindly assist me with this?

I would really appreciate it this is a very important Asin

Do you READ the forum daily? Lately we see countless identic threads. It seems Amazon is cleaning the house in relation with supplements. I don't think a mod can help, this is an instruction coming from "higher".

Did you provide the required CoA and testing documents? We are listing a new item since the changes. My previous listings are up to date. We just received our final testing certification from Eurofins and will be creating the new listing for the new supplement listing and submitting the testing. They may still require additional testing after approval for label review verification.

I've seen many posts lately about this issue but never mention submitting the required testing. Do these sellers not realize the testing that's required?

Thanks for reaching out. I have reviewed both ASIN's and I am not seeing any current restrictions on either item. However, I do see that you are out of inventory. If you are still having issues, please contact Seller Support again, ensuring that you provide any information that they request from you as we cannot investigate unless you have done everything they have asked you to do and you still need help.
