My account was deactivated and no way to the use tab "Reactivate your account"

Hello,

my account was Suspended/deactivated because not passed the verification process.

This is after more than 2 years existing but not any sells. Now, after startling to worn on this account I face a suspension.

The tab ""Reactivate your account"" not working and I am unable to complete advice I received from AMAZON - ""Hello,

This email address is not the correct channel to submit an appeal. Please follow the instructions below to resubmit your appeal to the correct channel.

If you are appealing an action taken on your account, please submit your appeal by clicking the “Reactivate your account” button in Account Health (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/performance/dashboard). If you want to submit additional information, click on the “View appeal” button and submit additional information as requested.""

How I can update the information if there no way to submit it?

Please assist to resolve the issue?
