Confirm relationship between account and store name

Hi , i am very new to amamzon seller. I was setting up my account and everything was going fine until this verification process started giving very hard time. when i started the account i selected i am individual and provided my drivers license and personal bank account statement for id verification with same address on both but it kept asking to review and provide information again and again.. after couole fo same try i tried to switch driver’s licence with my passport but now i got an email where amamzon asking me to Confirm the relationship between your account or your business, and KA****E********( my store name) to be honest I don’t know how do i confirm the relationship as the store name I selected was just a idea from nowhere. I watched videos before setting up account where people said you can give any name to your store so i did. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you
