A Big fraud happened with us in courier return

Subject: Urgent: Fraudulent Return – Request for Support & Escalation

Order ID: 171-0648279-8456361

Dear Amazon Claim Team,

We are writing with deep concern regarding Order ID: 171-0648279-8456361, which was placed for 5 sets of Pure Kansa Thali Sets. The total value of the order was approximately ₹30,000–₹35,000.

We dispatched the product as per standard process. However, the customer cancelled the order mid-way, and the product was returned to us via courier. To our shock, when we opened the return parcel, we found steel plates, glasses, bowls, and spoons — instead of our original high-value Kansa sets.

We had full trust that the courier return would be safe, but this feels like a clear case of return fraud or theft.

We immediately raised a complaint with the Amazon Claim Team, but our claim was denied without proper resolution. We feel helpless and betrayed by the process. We are not at fault here, and yet we are suffering huge financial and mental loss.

We are a new seller on Amazon — barely 5 months old — and from the beginning, we have been facing multiple issues of fake returns, missing items, and damaged courier parcels. It’s becoming impossible to run a genuine business under such conditions.
